Sadly ENB only seems to affect the character model, not sure why but this could be because like Hipolipolopigus stated, current ENBs are tailored to Skyrim. Let me know how it turns out for you guys! As long as the ENB settings do not actually change files (like need a Data folder) and strictly changed ENB files then you can run ENB to eventually increase the visual blunder once people write client sde mods for ESO :). I have found that ENB does work if you use the injector version of the skyrim ENB.
